Tiny change

Added clarification that you can change which character you're playing by hitting shift, as I realized that someone may go through this entire game not realizing you can do that and the hours I lost writing dialogue for Ian would go to waste.

Who you play as also affects which upgrades you get if you choose to talk to others.
